We are looking for a Medior/Senior DevOps to help us develop infrastructure for rapid expansion. But you won't be doing it alone! We are building a three-member DevOps team. We are looking for an experienced and equal partner to our colleague. Together with him and a new junior (whom we are currently adding to the team for daily operations), you will create a strong core that our R&D team can always rely on.
What are you going to do?
Infrastructure first: You will develop and manage our infrastructure - from cloud to specific on-premise deployments in local hospital networks.
Scale-up: Design and implement a transition to a new architecture (e.g. centralized Kubernetes clusters) for hundreds of new clients.
Monitoring & Automation: Tune CI/CD pipelines and make sure we know about any problems in the hospital before the doctor himself.
Mentoring & Team: Share your know-how, co-create DevOps team standards, and prospectively mentor a junior colleague.
What do we expect from you?
Independence, proactive approach and "ownership" mindset - when something goes wrong, you look for a solution, not the culprit.
Experience with cloud infrastructure (we are primarily in Azure).
You are like a fish in water in Linux server administration (you know networks, protocols and security well).
Ability to communicate with client (hospital) IT departments to resolve system and application issues.
Our tech stack
Cloud & Orchestration: Azure (AKS), VMware vSphere / Kubernetes planned for new on-premise deployments.
On-premise: ML training cluster, management of dozens of instances in secure hospital networks.
CI/CD & IaC: Terraform, Argo CD, GitHub (self-hosted Runners), Helm.
Networks: Wireguard (critical part of our on-prem integrations).
Monitoring: Grafana, Alloy, Loki, Prometheus, Mimir.
OS, DB & Scripting: Docker, Bash, Python 3, Ansible, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ.
What can we offer you?
Meaningful work: Your infrastructure will actually help doctors diagnose patients
Reward: Fair financial compensation based on experience + room to grow with the company
Vacation: 25 days off per year
Sick days: Unlimited
Background: Quality hardware and equipment for work
Environment: Onsite work in the unique cubist Kovářovice villa on the Prague waterfront
Culture: Friendly team + regular company events (beer, coffee, joint activities)
