What will you do?
Manage the CEO's calendar and actively prioritize his time according to the company's strategic goals
Coordinate the CEO's agenda across teams and ensure he focuses on what matters most
Prepare documents, presentations, briefings and research for negotiations with partners, investors and company management
Monitor the outcomes of CEO meetings, record tasks, deadlines and responsibilities and actively supervise their fulfillment
Coordinate and urge individual teams to ensure that commitments and priorities agreed with the CEO are actually implemented
Act as a central point of contact for topics that converge with the CEO and help prioritize them
Organize work meetings, management meetings, internal events and corporate events
Arrange business trips, reservations and related logistics
Provide support to C-level management in key organizational and coordination activities
Handle personal errands and operational tasks for the CEO
Ad-hoc to resolve unexpected situations and help the company operate more efficiently
Who are we looking for?
You have excellent organizational skills.
You know how to prioritize and are not afraid to take responsibility for coordinating tasks across teams
You are independent, meticulous and know how to get things done.
You don't wait for assignments, but actively look for solutions and come up with your own suggestions
You have communicative English in both written and spoken form
You can use Google Workspace, Excel and modern digital tools without any problems
You don't mind a combination of strategic coordination and operational tasks
Do you have a category B driving license?
