We are looking for an experienced leader to take responsibility for executing the business strategy and leading the team. Your role will be to develop the company's business activities, manage the team's performance, and drive our results forward.

What will your job entail?

• Participate in the creation and maintenance of the long-term strategy of the sales team.

• Management, recruitment and development of salespeople.

• Planning, setting and checking business forecasts.

• Building and expanding the distribution network and strategic partnerships.

• Responsibility for business results in the Czech Republic and abroad.

• Management and optimization of business processes.

• Regular reporting of business results to company management.

• Close cooperation with management and other key departments of the company.

• Setting and managing sales team KPIs.

What do we expect from you?

• Proven experience in business management in the healthcare sector.

• Experience in  managing a sales team and the ability to motivate others.

• Representative appearance, excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Fluent knowledge of English (oral and written).

• Strategic and analytical thinking, leadership and responsibility.

• Experience in the medical device business, ideally with software solutions.

• Ability to see projects through to completion and work with a long-term vision.

• A desire to innovate in healthcare, as well as internal operations and processes.

• Knowledge of the field of radiology is a great advantage.
