Our AI-driven solution works like a second pair of eyes for doctors. We are currently running in dozens of hospitals, but we are facing a massive scale-up. We are looking forward to expanding to hundreds of other hospitals (foreign tenders). And that is why we are establishing a brand new dedicated L2 team.

Who are we looking for and who will you work with?

  • We are looking for 2 colleagues for the position of L2 Support Engineer.

  • If you have a high school IT degree, about 1-2 years of experience, are not afraid of the command line, and are willing to learn, you are our person.

  • You will take responsibility for addressing client requirements and ensuring the smooth running of our solution.

  • Our commitment is to cover the client's SLA window on weekdays from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

  • We provide this operation through staggered shifts (e.g. morning 6:00–14:30 and afternoon 13:30–22:00).

  • This gives you great flexibility - whether you prefer an early start to the day with a free afternoon, or a later start.

What are you going to do?

  • L2 Support & Incident Triage: Using logs and telemetry in Grafana, you will be the first to identify the causes of outages at our clients. The goal is to quickly rescue SLA through technical workarounds.

  • Client Installation: You will be responsible for deploying our products in new hospitals. We have already mastered and documented this process.

  • Incident Management (ITSM): Through the Service Desk, you will manage technical communication and ticket resolution with our Polish L1 partner.

  • Collaboration with L3/DevOps: You'll never be alone with us. When you encounter a complex problem, our internal DevOps team (L3) always has your back and is happy to help.

What do we expect from you?

  • Education and experience: Ideally, secondary school with an IT focus and 1–2 years of experience (e.g. in IT support, administration or operations).

  • Linux and Docker basics: You are familiar with the terminal, can look at logs, and know how to start or restart a container.

  • Networking and programming basics: You know basic networking principles (protocols, REST API) and can read or write a simple script in Bash or Python.

  • English: You will be able to read technical documentation and write or call our foreign L1 partner.

  • Mindset: A cool head when solving problems and, most importantly, a desire to learn new technologies.

What you will encounter with us (and what we will be happy to teach you):

  • Monitoring & Logs: Grafana, Loki, Prometheus.

  • Infrastructure: Linux, Docker, Kubernetes basics.

  • Networks and processes: Wireguard, REST API, Zendesk / JSM.

  • Medical standards: DICOM, PACS (knowledge is a huge advantage, but if you don't know, we will introduce you to the field).
