Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Senior ML Engineer who:

has experience with developing and training deep learning models
understands the difference between a research prototype and a production solution
can take responsibility for the quality of model output
wants to participate in the design of the architecture and the direction of development
We are not looking for someone who just "writes training scripts".
We are looking for someone who understands the entire ML lifecycle.

What will you do?
Design, train and optimize deep learning models for medical image data analysis, including pathology detection on chest X-rays, mammograms and bone X-rays, with experiments also on 3D CT data.
Solve tasks such as:
object detection
segmentation
classification
Work with DICOM data and large image datasets
Design experiments, evaluate metrics and improve model performance
Optimize inference (latency, memory, quantization, model export)
Collaborate on the CI/CD pipeline for ML
Participate in technical decisions regarding architecture and infrastructure

What do we expect from you?
University degree in a technical field
Strong knowledge of Python (NumPy, PyTorch / TensorFlow)
Practical experience with Computer Vision
Experience with training models on GPU
Ability to optimize models for production deployment
Ability to independently solve complex problems
English at the level of working with documentation

Experience with:
Docker
medical data (DICOM)
MLOps
experiment tracking and model versioning is an advantage
