What will you do?
Your work will be divided between office coordination and HR support.
Office agenda
You will ensure that the office is always a pleasant place to work. You will be in charge of communicating with the cleaning company, basic office care, and preparing work spaces for our newcomers.
You will take care of ordering refreshments and office equipment.
You will be able to manage operating payments and invoices and communicate with the accountant.
You will be in charge of coordinating the fleet.
You organize internal events - from small team meetings to corporate events.
You will help with the organization of business trips (reservations, travel documents, billing).
You will participate in the delivery of accounting documents (operating payments).
HR support
You will participate in the recruitment process and interviews . You will help with organization, communication and preparation of documents.
You will be in charge of the onboarding, benefits and health and safety agenda .
You will have the opportunity to participate in other HR processes and support our HR manager.
Who are we looking for?
Do you have experience with administration, organization or office coordination?
You also enjoy HR support – have you ever helped with recruitment, onboarding or other HR agenda and want to develop further in this area?
You are good at organizing your work, setting priorities, and keeping things under control.
You are reliable, meticulous and you see tasks through to the end.
Communication is your strong point – you can negotiate with colleagues, suppliers and management.
You are independent, proactive and come up with your own ideas.
You can handle basic work in Excel or Google Sheets .
You have a communicative level of English (writing and speaking).
A driver's license is an advantage - sometimes you need to take your car to the service station.
