We are expanding our cooperation with pharmaceutical companies and are looking for an experienced person to lead the development of this segment.
This is not a classic sales role focused on quick deals. We are looking for someone who understands the pharmaceutical environment, can open the right doors and build long-term partnerships with big pharma players.
The role has a strategic impact - the goal is to gradually build the pharmaceutical segment as a new and long-term revenue stream.
You will have great autonomy and the opportunity to directly influence how our pharma channel grows and operates.
Mission role
Help build the pharmaceutical segment as a repeatable and scalable business channel.
Success in this role within the first 12 months means:
acquiring 2 new pharmaceutical companies for pilot cooperation
ongoing pilot projects (not just exploratory discussions)
expansion of at least one existing pharma collaboration
defined repeatable use-case that can be offered to other companies
creating a foundation for a long-term pharma channel
What will you do?
Development of cooperation with pharmaceutical companies
identify new opportunities and open new collaborations
establish relationships with key decision makers
conduct business negotiations at a senior level
Navigating the complex decision-making process
working with multiple stakeholders (medical, compliance, procurement, HQ)
finding internal champions
moving projects from initial discussion to pilot cooperation
Developing and scaling collaboration
converting pilot projects into long-term cooperation
expanding existing partnerships
identification of use cases with potential for wider use
Who are we looking for?
Ideal candidate:
has experience with enterprise business development or account management in pharma
is familiar with decision-making processes in pharmaceutical companies
has experience with long and complex sales cycles
can build relationships at a senior level
thinks strategically and looks for scalable business opportunities
