We are a Czech technology startup developing AI software for medical image analysis. Our solution acts as a “second pair of eyes” for radiologists – helping to detect findings faster and more accurately and improve the quality of patient care. We are growing rapidly in Europe and globally.

This is not a “product CEO” role.
This is a key role that brings context, data, and structure to decision-making.

What will you do?

• Visit hospitals and clinics regularly

• Map the workflow of doctors (radiology and related fields)

• Conduct structured interviews with users

• Conduct systematic benchmarking of competitors

• Follow trends in AI healthcare (EU and globally)

• Prepare decision-making materials (effort vs. value / Price to Benefit)

• Validate new product opportunities

• Collaborate on regulatory compliance (MDR, FDA, GDPR)

• Collaborate with CTO and management on prioritization

Your output is structured documentation and clear recommendations.

Who are we looking for?

• at least 3 years of experience in product management / discovery / product strategy

• Experience with a technology product (ideally AI/ML/SaaS)

• Strong analytical and structured thinking

• Ability to talk to both doctors and developers

• Willingness to spend time in the field

• Independence and a hands-on approach

• Czech and English at level B2
