Implementation period: 01/2023 - 12/2026
The DIAMOD project aims to improve the quality of diagnostics beyond the identification of mutations in the genome and to create a basis for monitoring disease progression and therapy efficacy, as well as for testing and developing cell and gene therapies. We intend to develop new analytical, monitoring, and therapeutic tools. The specific objectives are: i) to develop new analytical tools and technologies to accelerate diagnosis and facilitate diagnostic monitoring of the development and treatment of rare diseases; ii) development of artificial intelligence (AI) diagnostic approaches, development and marketing of a digital platform for better patient care, iii) development of humanized preclinical models for testing cell/gene therapy, and iv) development and cell therapy based on NK cells.
