Carebot, a European leader in applying AI to medical imaging, has introduced its expanded portfolio Horizon by Carebot. It now brings hospitals all-in-one AI solutions with internationally recognized MDR certification, making it one of the most comprehensive portfolios of its kind. From what was previously a single certified solution that helped with early detection of oncological findings and other pulmonary pathologies, has now grown to seven applications under one roof. Hospitals thus gain a full spectrum of tools: chest X-ray analysis, bone fracture detection, bone age assessment and skeletal measurement, specialized applications for head CT and lung CT, and AI support for radiologists in mammography evaluation.
The expanded portfolio was presented at the 46th Czech Radiological Congress. Hospitals across Europe, and now also in the United Arab Emirates, will be able to benefit from these solutions.
“Horizon by Carebot shows where radiodiagnostics is heading. As a startup, we are demonstrating that groundbreaking solutions setting new global standards can come from here as well. From a single contract and implementation to unified support – hospitals don’t need dozens of different vendors and endless integrations. They need one reliable partner covering key modalities from emergency care to oncology screening. That’s exactly what Horizon by Carebot represents,” explains Carebot CEO Matěj Misař, adding: “Thanks to our development and close international collaboration with other innovators, we are now delivering solutions that only a few years ago would have been hardly accessible. Doctors gain a trusted assistant that helps them recognize serious diseases faster and more accurately – ultimately saving more lives and improving patient care.”
Horizon by Carebot: All-in-one solution that sets the new standard in healthcare
The flagship product remains Carebot AI CXR, a clinically validated solution analyzing chest X-rays, which already helps hundreds of European hospitals with early incidental detection of lung cancer and other pulmonary diseases. Another solution in the product line detects bone fractures on X-rays. For skeletal diagnostics, Carebot also offers tools for determining bone age and measuring spinal deformities. The portfolio is further complemented by specialized systems for head CT and lung CT, enabling rapid detection of severe brain and lung abnormalities and immediately alerting doctors to critical findings, including the most serious oncological conditions. An important addition is also the tool supporting radiologists in mammography evaluation.
“Radiology has advanced tremendously in recent years, and artificial intelligence is now part of our daily routine. Thanks to a unified solution for different examinations, many technical barriers that hospitals face when implementing AI are removed. For doctors in clinical practice, access to a unified solution means stability, less paperwork, and above all, more time for patients,” emphasizes Dr. Peter Bluska, Head of the Radiodiagnostic Department, AGEL Radiology.
Horizon by Carebot is designed to be used across the hospital – from emergency departments and radiology units to screening programs. All solutions share a unified environment and workflow, including localized language versions and the ability to generate preliminary medical reports. This represents a significant time saving for both doctors and hospital IT departments, which no longer have to manage dozens of separate integrations.
